President Kelly has over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. He has an extensive background in mechanical engineering and has spent many years in operations management in the automotive, electrical, and general manufacturing industries. Working with employees in all facets of organizations has helped Kelly form his innovative way of thinking and novel approach to problem-solving and manufacturing improvement. Areas of expertise include assembly, welding, forming, test, robotics, injection molding, coating, and machine design. Kelly believes that although every situation and organization is unique and may require different approaches to finding solutions, one fact holds true for all - systematically improving the bottom line is crucial for success.
Richard Copp
ConsultantRichard has broad experience across many industries including automotive, defense, HVAC, medical, commercial furniture, local government, and general construction.
